Meet Jordyne

About Jordyne Blaise

Jordyne Blaise (pronounced Jor-DEEN) is a dedicated leader, advocate, and trusted advisor with two decades of experience in government and private industry, specializing in policy, law, compliance, and leadership. As the founder of Molt and Moxie consulting, Jordyne empowers leaders through tailored coaching programs, develops robust business strategies to drive growth, ensures adherence to federal regulations, and facilitates seamless change management processes. She works primarily in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries to expand access to clinical research and with organizations of all sizes to implement equity and inclusion strategies.

Jordyne's educational journey began in Miami-Dade County Public Schools. She graduated from The College Academy at BC, earning both her high school diploma and an Associate’s degree simultaneously. She then attended Georgetown University in Washington, DC, where she earned a Bachelors in English. Driven by a passion for civil rights and addressing school segregation, she taught 10th and 12th grade English at South Plantation High School to gain firsthand experience.

Returning to Georgetown for her law degree, Jordyne interned at the Department of Education, the US Commission on Civil Rights, and Anacostia High School. Her commitment to education and public service led her to become legislative counsel for Washington DC’s current mayor, Muriel Bowser.

After years in Washington, DC, Jordyne settled in Raleigh, NC, where she served as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator and Equity Compliance Officer at NC State University. She lead diversity and development programs at various universities, tech companies and biotech companies before launching Molt and Moxie. As a dynamic speaker and facilitator, she collaborates with leaders at all levels to foster introspection and growth and drive transformative change.

Jordyne's writings on domestic violence, gender-based violence, and culture have been featured in The Atlantic, TIME, and Essence magazines. She has been recognized globally for her work in civil rights and has advised many esteemed leaders as a professional coach. Her commitment to service extends beyond her professional work, as she has served on multiple boards and commissions, including the City of Raleigh’s Human Relations Commission, the Knightdale-Wake Forest Education Foundation, the Fannie Lou Hamer Institute of Advocacy and Social Action, and the Georgetown University African American Advisory Board. She is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and Gamma Xi Phi, a fraternity for artists. She lives in Raleigh with her family and enjoys crafting and reading in her spare time.
